Terms of Service
(updated 07/24/26)

  1. The goods that I sell are digital illustrations and are, by default, intangible.

  2. Downpayments shall be made at the clean sketch phase.

  3. If the commission (hereafter "comm") is in chibi style or is sketch-only, full payment must be made after the sketch.

  4. Otherwise, half of the payment must be made post-sketch for reservation purposes, then the other upon completion of the comm (incl. add-ons, but not the commercial fee).

  5. If the client is unsatisfied after the sketch is shown, they may either politely refuse to pay or ask for a refund.

  6. Edits or revisions may only be made in the sketch phase. Any modifications after will incur additional fees depending on the severity/difficulty of adjustment.

  7. All artworks will be jointly owned by the artist (yours truly) and the client.

  8. As such, I maintain the right to oversee what might be done to the commission post-purchase (e.g., printing, portfolio inclusion, rehashing, merchandising, etc.).

  9. For any comm, especially sketches, strictly NO AI image generation use. That is a massively disrespectful move towards me.

  10. Full process videos will only be made available if you are in the Business Partner tier or higher (see Membership options).

  11. The client shall be provided with one (1) unedited, unfiltered copy of the artwork for private or commercial use and one (1) edited version for posting. I reserve the right to "glaze" (meaning, overlay a filter over) any artwork I wish to post.

  12. The commission will take at most a week to complete, but varies depending on the difficulty of the piece (i.e. level of detail, color, rendering, etc.). I will inform you if I must exceed this timeframe and for what reason.

  13. I will do the following: fictional characters of any gender, original characters of any gender, and both safe for work (SFW) and not safe for work (NSFW, incl. artistic nudity, pinups, and mild kink) situations.

  14. I will not do the ff.: more than 5 characters in one scene or comm; real people, which may be negotiated, usually permissible if I know the person in real life; excessive detail or too-much-information (incl. mecha, scat, and gore/guro); depictions of explicit sex, total non-consent, and lolicon or shotacon.

  15. I have the right to reject any commission.
